4. Marketplace Role
Go4Trans provides a platform for businesses to list products and services. We do not own or sell listed items and are not responsible for transactions.
5. Business Responsibilities
Businesses must provide accurate and lawful information.
6. Accounts
Users are responsible for account security and accuracy.
7. Payments
Payments for platform services are processed via Stripe.
8. Communication
We are not responsible for agreements between users and businesses.
9. Prohibited Use
Users must not misuse the platform.
10. Liability
Go4Trans is not liable for damages resulting from platform use.
11. Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts or listings.
12. Governing Law
Latvia
